it exists sure but honestly i dont like this moment i this anime its sooo forced id buy it if those people did literately see Saitama one shot that monster that was destroying buildings and killing heroes right in front of there eyes like a second ago anyone would be grateful at that moment this kid speaking badly would simply not exist in this kind of moment sure after the fact the next day he can shit talk all he wants but this is so forced it kind of ruins the moment we had with Mumen Rider a few minutes before by leaving a bad taste in my mouth ngl (to be fare that moment is here just for plot reasons so Saitama doesn't get recognized too soon and the manga can keep developing that plot line but still its hmm poorly written in my humble opinion especially after its kind of repeating it from the prev episode)

One thing that always confused me about OPM is that back in the days heros like metal bat and watchdog man was initially C class. They got promoted to S class after people witnessed their strength. Saitama being in Only C/B class is quite BS ud think they would of figured it out by now

just wanted to clarify because the translation does a poor job, he says 勝てる勝てないじゃなく、ここで俺はお前に立ち向かえなくちゃいけないんだ
this would literally translate to something like, not winnable or unwinnable, its unacceptable not to (often taken as 'must') stand up to you 'here'
ここで or here, which was translated as "right here, right now" doesnt capture very well what is actually meant
id translate this as: it doesnt matter whether i can stop you or not, (as a hero) in this situation i must stand up to you
actually 立ち向かえなくちゃいけない expresses must as cannot not stand up. he is a hero and no hero would ever think, oh i cant win, and watch innocent people die as a result. it is unacceptable to do that. in this situation a hero must stand up to evil even if he cant stop it

I know I'm a year late, but mumen rider is actually pretty strong, In audio episode titled "sonic becoming saitama" Mumen rider fought a wolf level monster (which is a monster that is a bullet proof and can easily punch a hole through concrete) and mumen managed to knocked down that monster, injuring it and tanked its concrete shattering attacks (btw even the entire forces of police can't take down that monster) Those feat alone puts him at superhuman strength and worthy of being #1 in C class. Btw the audio episode is officially written by ONE (the author of opm) and voiced by the original voice actors so it's canon.
